How does a PhotoBooth work?

With a simple tap on the touch screen , you and your guests will be able to choose colour, black & white or sepia prints. It is very straight forward in that you stand in the booth, choose your option and then pose away as you are counted down from 5 before each of your four photo’s are taken. Plenty of time to strike your next pose!

Should I make a confirmed booking even if my event is some time away?

Most definitely, especially if you do not want to miss out on the excitement of a PhotoBooth Moments experience. We are currently taking bookings up to 12 months in advance.

Can I make regular smaller payments leading up to the balance due date?

If this option suits you, then YES you may make regular payments. After your booking is confirmed (ie we have received your $200 deposit) you are able to make regular payments off your balance.

How big is the Photo Booth so I know how much space is required?

The Photo Booth is approximately 2m h x 1m w x 1m d. Therefore only a small space is required. However, depending on your package we might require additional space to place a small table next to the Photo Booth for your Photo Album.

What access into our venue does the Photo Booth require?

The Photo Booth fits through a standard size door way, so as long as there is a ramp, clear flat path or lift, the booth will go anywhere. Please note that due to the weight of our PhotoBooths, stairs is not always an option so be sure to check with your venue and with us to see what we can arrange.

Is there a set number of people that can fit in the Photo Booth at any one time?

The Photo Booth comfortably fits 1 to 12 people (depending on size of course), however you can use your imagination if you want to get more heads into the photos.

Do my guests and I receive our photo strips on the night of our function?

Yes they most certainly do. Your photo strips print in duplicate in 16 seconds.

Are we required to have an attendant when we rent a Photo Booth?

The choice is yours and may depend on your package. Having an attendant will help ensure the evening runs smoothly by encouraging your guests to get into the PhotoBooth as many times as possible so that everyone gets the most out of their PhotoBooth Moments experience.

Can the Photo Booth be left out in the open?

We prefer our photo booths to be under cover or inside to prevent any weather damage. However, feel free to call us to discuss your situation.

What happens if there is a technical issue with the Photo Booth?

The Photo Booth uses the latest in Photo Booth technology ensuring quality service and results. Therefore the Photo Booth basically runs continuously and only stops if paper supplies need replenishing. 

Does PhotoBooth Moments have liability insurance for the Photo Booth?

Yes.

What power does the Photo Booth require to run?

A standard 10amp power point.
